Family owned small business, mixing up flavors to bring a fun, new twist on multi cultural cuisine!

In 2018, we started Fresh Preps Concepts, a catering and meal prep business. Today we continue to grow our business and bring you a Breakfast and Lunch concept, Mestizo Kitchen.

Our days start early and like many, always start with freshly ground coffee. We have been fortunate to partner with Proyecto Diaz Coffee where we have bagged our favorite blend of Cafecito.

With all of our concepts, it grew out of one main desire – to provide our family and community with FRESH, CLEAN and QUALITY ingredients.

Our menus are simple, all while keeping it fun, creative and playful, with the aspiration of families and friends coming together. We offer various menu options including vegetarian, low-carb, high protein, just to name a few. We aim to source our ingredients locally through Farmer’s Markets, small businesses and local purveyors that share our values.

At Mestizo Kitchen, we want to better the communities and neighborhoods we serve by providing excellent customer care and serving delicious food, one client, one meal at a time.
